What We Offer
Ongoing Dementia & Family Support
Individualised support that continues as your family’s needs change — built around the WellKind specialist model.
A continuing relationship
Meaningful engagement that adapts over time.
Ongoing support may include Dementia Engagement, cognitive stimulation, community participation, independence support, family coaching and Carer Breaks.
The activity is a means to meaningful engagement — not the product itself. WellKind is not a collection of walks, coffees and outings. We provide specialist dementia support that helps people continue to live active, connected and purposeful lives.
We’re not just providing support hours. We’re building a better way for someone to continue living with dementia.
