What We Offer · Perth
Specialist dementia support for the whole family.
Our services are designed to work together rather than operate as isolated products — supporting the person, the carer and the whole family.
Supporting the person. Supporting the carer. Supporting the whole family.
Our services are designed to work together rather than operate as isolated products — combining clinical expertise, personalised planning, trained dementia engagement, family coaching and ongoing review.
WellKind sits between traditional therapy and generic support work. We combine clinical expertise, personalised planning, trained dementia engagement, family coaching and ongoing review.
We’re not just providing support hours. We’re building a better way for someone to continue living with dementia.

Our Specialisation
Young Onset Dementia
Specialist support designed for younger lives — when dementia arrives while someone is still working, parenting, and planning for the future.

Each service can stand alone — but they are strongest when they work together.
Dementia Assessment & Living Well Plan
Understand the person behind the diagnosis.
Where clinically appropriate, a clinician-led assessment considers abilities, interests, cognitive and functional needs, routines, strengths, goals and family circumstances. The outcome is a personalised Living Well Plan — about how someone can continue to live well, not simply what they can no longer do.
Learn About Living Well Plans →Cognitive Stimulation & CST
Keep the mind engaged.
Evidence-informed cognitive engagement woven into everyday support — conversation, reminiscence, music, familiar activities and creative challenges. Where appropriately trained practitioners are involved, structured Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) may also be offered or supported.
Learn About Cognitive Stimulation →Dementia Engagement Workers
Consistent support. Meaningful time.
Trained Dementia Engagement Workers provide consistent one-to-one support based on each person’s abilities, interests and goals — at home or in the community — helping them continue doing things that matter.
Learn About Dementia Engagement →Maintaining Independence
Keep doing the things that matter.
Dementia does not mean someone has to immediately stop everyday life. WellKind supports people to maintain independence and participation where appropriate — support where needed, independence where possible.
Explore Independence Support →Community Participation
Stay connected to life outside the home.
Age-appropriate, person-centred support to continue participating in cafés, parks, libraries, volunteering, hobbies and local life — especially important for younger people with dementia.
Explore Community Participation →Family Coaching
Because dementia affects the whole family.
Practical coaching and education so family members can communicate, respond to changes, support independence and navigate everyday life with more confidence. We don’t just support the person with dementia — we teach the people around them how to support them too.
Explore Family Coaching →Carer Break
A meaningful few hours for them. A genuine break for you.
Meaningful engagement for the person living with dementia while their family carer gets predictable time away from the caring role. We don’t just provide respite. We make respite meaningful.
Explore Carer Breaks →Clinical Reviews
Support that changes as the person changes.
Where clinically appropriate, regular clinical review adjusts the Living Well Plan as needs, abilities and circumstances change. Clinical services are provided by appropriately qualified professionals — not every WellKind team member is a clinician.
